Fastcol Ltd provides a service for the repair of all tape products including DAT, AIT, DLT and LTO drives. We also repair printers, power supplies, laptops and desktop PCs.
Our repair centre is fully fitted and equipped with the latest technology and diagnostic software to offer customers quick turnround on all repairs.
The majority of repairs are turned around in 3 - 5 days but if required we offer a 24 hour turnround service.
We also provide a rental service, subject to availability, of DLT/LTO drives and Libraries, when time and data backup are critical.
Return Procedure;
Please ship any items requiring repair to Fastcol Ltd, enclosing a purchase order.
On completion of the repair we will return the item to credit account holders.
If you do not have an account we will contact you to arrange payment and upon receipt the item can be despatched.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and carriage.
